No! The best part of our referral program is that you do not require a license in CA or any other states. Since you are simply getting a utility bill from your existing clients, we handle the solar sales process.
Currently, you can refer your clients in California, Arizona, Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. But we are adding new states each month as we expand across the US.
The average solar installation takes between 3 weeks and 8 weeks pending on the city/state. Every city has different permitting timelines and each utility company has different timelines to connect the solar once installed. We're partnered with the highest rated and best reviewed installer in the US, with an average installation time of 30 days.
We are very selective on who we allow to join the SOAR family. We complete an interview and background check to ensure the applying licensed loan officer or realtors meets our culture and ambition. We want to see that the majority of their past clients and current clients are located in a solar friendly state.
We do not partner with any loan officer who is employed by a retail mortgage lender.
We have built our own tech and you will be blown away at the process we have created to ensure smooth training, onboarding and transparent client progress tracking in our CRM.
All SOAR ambassadors are 1099 independent contractors. Commissions will be paid to the entity or individual via an independent contractor agreement.
